A: In short, it is a battery operated portable device that allows you to copy digital photos or any files, so you do not have to bring many expensive memory cards, or a heavy laptop.

A: No, unless you use Windows 98.

Q: Is it easy to install or change the internal drives?
A: Yes, it will only take five minutes. The screwdriver is included for your convenience

Q: How do I format my drive?
A: You should partition the drive first, then format it in FAT32. You can use Windows XP (only for drive 30GB or smaller), Windows 98, Partition Magic, or other 3rd party tools to do it. For units with drives installed, we will do it and it is ready for you to use
