Credit Card (PaisaPay) : We accept payments via MasterCard/Visa Credit Cards through PaisaPay on eBay.

Online Bank Transfer (PaisaPay) : We accept payments via Online Bank Transfer through PaisaPay on eBay. The banks supported are ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank Direct Pay, Citibank Debit Card, IDBI Bank I Netbanking, UTI Bank iConnect.

Direct Funds Transfer & Electronic Funds Transfer: You may transfer funds directly from your bank account into ours through your Bank's Funds Transfer System. This is by far the fastest mode of payment on eBay.

Demand Draft: We shall gladly accept payments by Demand Draft mailed to our address. Please make sure to write your eBay id and item number in pencil behind the Demand Draft so that we can trace your order.

VISA Money Transfer: A facility through which you can now
transfer funds to our Visa Account from your
Online Bank Account. The banks supported are UTI, HDFC, ICICI,
Centurion, DCB, Kotak Mahindra, IndusInd & Standard Chartered

PayPal: International customers can pay by PayPal.

Cheque: We do NOT accept payment by local cheque or outstation cheque under any circumstances. Please do not request for this mode of payment as it is not possible.

We will however accept payable at par cheques of the following banks: Standard Chartered,
Citibank, ABN Amro and HSBC.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not offer COD as a payment option anywhere in India. Please do not request for this mode of payment.

Domestic Shipping: We ship throughout India. Orders are always
dispatched through a reputable courier company.

International Shipping: We ship International to 78 Countries
which include Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong,
Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United
Kingdom (UK), United States of America (USA) and other countries.

Shipping costs differ from country to country. Please contact
us to confirm shipping costs before purchase.

Delivery Frequency: We dispatch orders everyday for delivery except
Sundays and holidays.

Delivery Time: We shall dispatch the order after realisation of full payment. Please allow 3-15 days for
dispatch of your order after payment is realised under normal circumstances.

All our Software are 100% Original and is shipped in their Original, Manufacturer Sealed Unopened Boxes, Jewel Cases, DVD Case as applicable.

Manufacturer Warranty: All our software are covered by a Manufacturer Warranty. This is to say that the Manufacturer ensures that your purchase is free from any manufacturing defects.

Replacement Guarantee: Most of our software is covered by a Replacement Guarantee. This is to say that the Manufacturer shall replace the defective medium in case of any manufacturing defects.

up to a period of one month from date of delivery.

Note: Though an extremely rare possibility, it
is very important that you open and check your parcel before the courier person
for any tampering, damages or missing contents before signing the courier
received/parcel received slip. If you do find that the parcel has been tampered
with, is damaged or has missing contents please do not sign and accept the
parcel. Our liability ceases once the courier received slip has been signed.
