We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer
Note: Personal cheques can take upto 7 working days to clear, Paypal echeques can take upto 14 days to clear. Crossed Postal orders can take uoto 7 working days to clear, uncrossed Postal orders will be treated as cash

We will dispatch your item sameday if cleared funds are received before 2.30pm. Shipping times will vary depending on which postal service you chosen. Special Delivery is a 1 working day service. First Class Recorded is a 1-2 working day service. Second Class Recorded is a 1-3 working day service. Note: Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days. Returns Policy

Customers must obtain an email confrimation to authorise the return
If you receive an item that has been damaged in the post, then you must keep the all the original packaging and return to us at Gametex UK Ltd. A return address will be provided when we confirm the return is acceptable.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the purchase then you can return the unused item in its original undamaged packaging within 7 days of receiving the item. A full refund will be given EXCEPT the non-refundable p&p costs and restocking fee of 20%.

Warranty

All items we sell carry a 90 day Warranty against defects. If the event the item becomes defective within a 14 day period, then we will either refund the item cost or issue a replacment. In the event an item becomes defective after the 14 day period, we will attempt to repair the item first. If the item is beyond repair, we will issue a replacement. If the mentioned item is unavailable then a suitable replacement will offered. Defective items are items that are faulty or are not functioning. The Warranty does not cover abusive usage of the item. The Warranty does not cover for damages caused by misuse of the item. The Warranty does not cover accidental damage to the item. The Warranty is not transferable. In order for the Warranty to be valid, proof of purchase must be provided. The customer is resposible for the return postage and packaging costs in all instances, the postage and package cost are not refundable in all instances.Your statutory rights are not affected.
